Do You Have to be Experienced?
No, we work with you whether you have done 1000 deals or this is your first deal.
Bad credit no problem, we based our funding whether it is a good deal or bad deal
What Do You Fund?
We lend Residential and Commercial up to 85% LTV. Rates ranging from 6-15%. Programs with Zero to 35% down. Non-owner occupied fix and flips, buy and holds for a SFR or Duplex, Triplex or a 4 Plex and commercial. We will also do a cash-out refi if you need cash to buy more deals.
Do You Fund in All 50 States?
No, as of this time we do not fund in AZ, CA, ID, OR, ND, SD, MN, NC, and VT, but we do work with other lenders in those states.

What Are Your Rates?
Are rates vary from person to person and depending upon what the situation is. A person with a 415 credit score with zero experience, would not receive the same rate as a person with a 720 credit score and 10 fix and flips. On the other hand, if you did 10 fix and flips and have a 425 credit score would get a good rate, because of their experience.

Minimum- $30,000
Maximum- $20 million
Where do I start? First thing is make sure it is a good deal. Second, get it under contract. You say I don't have money, I will give you a Proof of Funds letter. Last, call us!
